SELECTION PROCESS

Staff selection committee of TBS will prepare a list of eligible candidates from the applications received.
This list will be based on performance in the relevant qualifying examination and experience of the candidate.
Shortlisted candidates will be called upon for the face-to-face interview at the campus.
Candidate would be expected to give a demo session for the concerned subject.
The committee will submit its recommendations with justification to the board for approval.
Upon approval from the board, the selected candidates will be offered the employment with terms and conditions of the trust.
Once candidate accepts the offer, appointment order will be released on the day of reporting to the duty.

Salary (PF and Gratuity) is based on Educational and additional Qualifications, Professional training, experience, performance in interview process and the past drawn salary.

Available Posts

Principal

PG degree from any recognised university with M.Ed, with atleast 10 years of experience.

Kindergarten Teachers

MTT or any any graduate degree with NTT/D.E.C.Ed. with minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Primary School Teachers


All Subjects	TGT with B.Ed. and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Art & Craft / Music / Dance	Trained Graduate/ Diploma in respective fields with experience in an educational institution
Physical Education	Bachelor in Commerce with Tally Certification

Administrative Staff


Office Assistant cum Receptionist	Degree/Diploma from any recognised university with minumum 2 years of experience
Librarian	B.Lib. from any recognised university.
Accounts Assistant	Bachelor in Commerce with Tally Certification

Good command over English language, Usage of computers, and Working experience of software. Freshers with requisite qualifications can also apply. Salary is not a constant for deserving canditates plus PF, ESIC, Medical Ins. & Gratuity benefits.
